Cancellation steps
- Email support@thinklyapp.ai with the subject "Subscription".
- Send the request from the email associated with your Thinkly account.
- Include only the information reasonably needed for support to identify your subscription and process the request.
What happens next
You will keep access to Thinkly through the end of your current paid period. Your subscription will not renew after the cancellation takes effect.
Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store policies and mandatory law, consistent with our Terms of Use.
